What’s a Whoodle?

Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier + Poodle = Whoodle

The Whoodle breed is a relatively new breed of dog that results from the mating of a Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier and a Poodle. Whoodles come in all shapes, sizes and colors. The breed is comprised of Mini-Whoodles, Standard Sized Whoodles and In-Betweens.

Why a Whoodle?

Whoodles are heralded as one of the greatest dogs you can own. They showcase the best out of both parent breeds. They boast characteristics such as high intelligence, extreme playfulness, and a loving nature. Whoodles are also known to be wonderful with kids and other dogs. These attributes are responsible for the large growth and spread of the Whoodle breed. Whoodles first appeared in the U.S. but have spread throughout many corners of the globe.
